An established commercial construction company is looking to add an experienced Construction Project Manager to its Birmingham team.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants genuine ownership and autonomy, with involvement across the full project lifecycle rather than being limited to one stage of construction.
The role:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects with varying budgets
- Projects across a range of commercial sectors
- Take ownership across the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through completion
- Significant client and stakeholder interaction
- Manage one complex project or multiple projects (workload dependant)
- Minimal travel and strong work-life balance
- Competitive compensation + performance bonus
- Long-term progression based on performance and initiative
Looking for:
- 5+ years' Construction PM experience
- Strong commercial construction background
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented and reliable approach
