  • Promptly reporting imminent-danger conditions and recommending suspension of the affected activity to the authorized project or client representative.
  • Participating in designated client meetings, inspections, or audits when included in the assignment.

Experience working on heavy industrial, manufacturing, steel erection, shutdown/turnaround, refinery, or commercial construction projects. Experience conducting safety inspections, incident investigations, and safety training. Working knowledge of OSHA construction and general industry standards. Ability to interpret OSHA regulations and client safety requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States. OSHA 30-Hour certification required. CHST, STSC, CUSP, CSP, or other professional safety certifications are preferred.

Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor Per diem may be available and, when offered, is based on the specific project assignment and client requirements. Nothing in this posting, or in any subsequent engagement, shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, licensing, and other obligations associated with independent contractor status.
