Site Manager
The Site Manager will oversee the successful execution of large-scale Advanced Power Generation projects for the organization and be responsible for on-site leadership, coordination, and delivery of all construction and installation activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires deep expertise in managing mission-critical facilities, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders on complex projects.
Required Experience and Education
- High School diploma, or equivalent
- 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management, with at least 8+ years in mission-critical/data center or large-scale industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, particularly as they apply to mission-critical environments
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to specification
- Excellent understanding of construction safety programs and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore) and MS Office Suite
