- Local Strategy &
Roadmap:
Own the end-to-end social strategy for your region. Define the platform mix (e.g., Tik Tok/IG for US; X/IG for JP), establish a native posting cadence, and develop content pillars that resonate with local users. - Creative Guardrail:
Act as the final filter for all localized content. Review in-house scripts, music, typography, and casting to ensure every asset feels native and trend-aligned. - Community & Creator Relations:
Humanize the brand. Manage high-level community interactions and collaborate with local creators/KOLs to drive authentic co-creation. - Growth Auditing:
Conduct regular performance deep-dives. Move beyond "likes" to analyze conversion, sentiment, and trend-relevance, pivoting strategy based on hard data.
