Junior Broadcast Producer

Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for someone to join our Broadcast team in the position of Junior Broadcast Producer. This individual will oversee the recording, editing, and final delivery of multimedia projects to ensure high‑quality sound and visual content.

• Collaborate with the Broadcast Manager to execute daily production tasks.
• Coordinate with external studios and Leo Ticheli Productions.
• Manage daily record sessions with voice talents.
• Review and approve edits, graphics, and final content prior to airing.
• Troubleshoot production issues as they arise.
• Process daily Work Orders to support accurate production billing.

• 1-2 years of related experience

• Organizational, adaptability, and time‑management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Team orientation
• Ability to deal with deadlines and changes
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Experience with Adobe software
  • Photoshop
  • Premiere Pro
  • Audition
  • After Effects
  • Media Encoder

• Learn MRG Broadcast processes
• Use strong brand awareness to uphold and reinforce brand guidelines
• Learn Automotive Legal requirements
• Understand the Team and how each individual works best
• Understand Client/Field needs and a can‑do attitude to meet them
• Take the initiative to keep the business moving forward
• Grow/Foster a good relationship with Vendors
• Develop and maintain an active readiness to support Clients
