• Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and client objectives.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, strategists, and clients to develop compelling visual solutions across a variety of platforms.
• Oversee all aspects of the design process, from ideation to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output that meets deadlines.
• Present creative concepts to clients, articulating the vision and value behind the ideas.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and art directors.
• Stay current with design trends, advertising innovations, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads and maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an art director or senior design role within an advertising agency or similar environment.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a range of creative campaigns, showcasing your ability to conceptualize and execute ideas across various media.
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills, with a proven ability to inspire and guide creative teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking, ensuring all work aligns with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Experience using AI tools and a genuine curiosity about adopting new tools that improve productivity and creative outputs
