A Guest Services Associate ensures a welcoming, organized, and enjoyable experience for all guests attending Legacy Arena events. This role includes supporting box office operations, assisting with seating and directions, and providing high-level service to VIPs, suite guests, and special visitors.
Pay Grade: $16.50 per hour
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Terms of Employment: Temporary Work - Must be at least 16 years of age.
Educational Level: High School or College Student

- Greet guests warmly and provide directions to seating areas, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
- Scan and verify tickets, assist with seating, and manage crowd flow in assigned sections.
- Support box office operations, including ticket sales, will call, and resolving ticketing issues.
- Assist VIPs, suite holders, and special guests with entry, seating, and personalized service.
- Monitor guest areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to venue policies.
- Respond to guest questions, concerns, or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide support during emergencies by following venue procedures and guiding guests safely.
- Collaborate with event staff and security to maintain a smooth and organized environment.
- Welcome guests to premium seating areas and hospitality suites.
- Check credentials and ensure proper access to restricted areas.
- Assist with guest needs in suites, including directions, basic service support, and coordination with catering staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance in VIP areas.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and helpful in high-traffic, fast-paced environments.
- Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team‑oriented with the ability to follow directions and venue procedures.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event staffing.
- Experience handling ticketing systems or guest relations.
- Experience working with VIP or high-profile guests.
