Spa Concierge

Position Overview

We are hiring Full Time and Part Time Spa Concierge.

As a Spa Concierge, you will provide personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door, educate guests on the Woodhouse experience, answer the phone with a smile, represent the brand ensuring a clean, safe environment, remember personal details, and serve as backup for the leadership team.

• Provide personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door.
• Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, locker room and amenities, and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Answer the phone with a smile each and every time.
• Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring the guest enters a clean, safe place with appropriate lighting, music, and scent.
• Remember small details that make The Woodhouse special such as guest’s favorite drink or personal details (birthdays, anniversaries).
• Serve as backup for the leadership team, ensuring operations run smoothly when leaders attend to larger matters.

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
