The Customer Support role will answer phones, assist customers, and handle general administrative duties. Responsible for documenting, tracking shipments, responding to customer inquiries, preparing purchase orders, and performing lots of computer work. Must be organized and enjoy working with people!

Qualifications

HSG. College a plus. Previous administrative and/or customer service experience.

Hours:

8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Criminal/Drug screening.
