Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team in Birmingham, AL. As a key point of contact for customers, you will play an essential role in building trust and delivering a positive experience.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
