Stark Exterminators is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for internal and external customers. You will handle incoming calls, determine issues, and provide solutions while helping schedule service, collect payments, and update customer files.
You will also make outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts stay current. We operate in a team-driven environment with a focus on meeting monthly service center goals.
