Overview
Dry Cleaning and Laundry Customer Service Representative - Champion Cleaners.
Location:
Birmingham, AL and Vestavia Hills, AL. This is a full-time customer service role at Champion Cleaners.
- Talk with customers, primarily face to face.
- Receive incoming orders.
- Complete transactions for outgoing orders.
- Record information into the computer system for customer service.
- Follow all correct procedures and guidelines.
- Properly inventory and sort items.
- Immediately inform management of shortages or customer complaints.
- Assume responsibility for all components of the job from start to finish.
- Respond promptly to customer needs.
- Process garments into the dry cleaning software system and work efficiently to meet high-volume and time constraints while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Previous customer service, retail or cashier experience preferred.
- Physical demands: able to stand, walk, and frequently lift.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
