We are hiring a Client Support Specialist to guide prospective and current customers through in-person conversations, provide accurate product and service information, resolve questions, and help create a positive experience from initial contact through follow-up. This opportunity is designed for candidates with previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing environment.

Team members entering this position receive practical training and ongoing coaching, along with an accelerated path toward greater responsibility based on performance.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and current customers
  • Connect with customers through professional face-to-face conversations
  • Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Explain available options clearly and answer questions accurately
  • Address customer concerns and help resolve issues promptly
  • Manage follow-up communication throughout the customer experience
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and next steps
  • Work toward individual and team performance goals
  • Support newer team members by modeling strong customer communication
  • Participate in ongoing sales, client relations, and leadership development
  • Collaborate with teammates to improve customer satisfaction and results
  • Represent the company and its clients with professionalism and integrity

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or another customer-facing role
