We are hiring a Client Support Specialist to guide prospective and current customers through in-person conversations, provide accurate product and service information, resolve questions, and help create a positive experience from initial contact through follow-up. This opportunity is designed for candidates with previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing environment.
Team members entering this position receive practical training and ongoing coaching, along with an accelerated path toward greater responsibility based on performance.
What you’ll do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and current customers
- Connect with customers through professional face-to-face conversations
- Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Explain available options clearly and answer questions accurately
- Address customer concerns and help resolve issues promptly
- Manage follow-up communication throughout the customer experience
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and next steps
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Support newer team members by modeling strong customer communication
- Participate in ongoing sales, client relations, and leadership development
- Collaborate with teammates to improve customer satisfaction and results
- Represent the company and its clients with professionalism and integrity
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or another customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence guiding conversations and recommending solutions
- Ability to listen carefully and respond to customer needs
- A professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Initiative and comfort taking ownership of customer follow-up
- Coachability and openness to ongoing feedback

- Availability to work full-time in Birmingham, Alabama
