• Efficiently take and process orders through our drive-thru system, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure quick and accurate preparation of orders.
• Handle transactions, including cash and credit card payments, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru area.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Uphold our brand standards and adhere to all safety and health guidelines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Basic math skills for handling financial transactions.
• Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
