More specifically, our Spa and Back of House Spa Attendant:

• Helps ensure a 5 star experience for all of our guests
• Always has a smile ready for our guests
• Is skilled at multi-tasking in order to manage laundry, dishes and other spa contributions
• Ensures clean, fresh laundry is always available for guests and service providers
• Understands the tools and products necessary to provide the freshest laundry in the spa industry
• Has a keen attention to detail, is tidy and organized
• Takes pride in his or her work
• Communicates frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed all expectations
• Is flexible and is available to work evenings and weekends
