Westerkamp Group, LLCis an expanding company specializing in Revenue Cycle Management services in the health care industry. We are currently seeking aCustomer Service Representative in our Birmingham, Alabama office.

The core responsibilities of a Customer Service representative include the following:

• Answer Telephone calls promptly and in a polite and professional manner
• Using sound judgement when handling calls, especially with upset guarantors
• Answer questions and offer other information, as requested, to provide patient-focused service and a positive impression of the organization
• Maintains patient and family confidence by keeping all information confidential
• Internal Reports
