Gooch Family Dental is a family owned (non-corporate!) dental practice that has been passionately serving our community with a “different kind of dentistry” since 2007. Through an intentional and unmatched patient experience, our 5 doctors and 10 hygienists provide a full spectrum of services including periodontal care, implants, endodontic treatments, clear aligners, cosmetic work and oral conscious sedation.

• Participate in the collaborative leadership of the doctor and assistant teams
• Be goal-oriented, with attention to detail and initiative to work for the greater good of the team
• Perform general dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns and anterior root canals (posterior is a bonus!)
• Conduct routine dental examinations and provide preventive care
• Develop treatment plans and confidently discuss them with patients
• Administer anesthetics to patients to minimize pain during procedures
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and proper dental care techniques

• 4-day work week(Four 10's)
• Open Monday-Friday
• Unlimited but respectful use of PTO
• Production based monthly incentive in addition to base salary

Ideally candidate has 1-2 years experience in full time dentistry
