Job Description # Instructional Content Developer
* Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or related field preferred
* * OR* equivalent academic, internship, or practicum experience.
* Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning concepts
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Familiarity with:  + Narration/voiceover tools  + Articulate 360 or similar authoring tools  + Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable multimedia software
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (preferred)
* Eagerness to learn new tools, methods, and processes
* ** Organization & Time Management:
** Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* ** Collaboration & Communication:
** Works well with team members and incorporates feedback
* ** Initiative & Follow‑Through:
** Takes ownership and completes tasks reliably
* ** Adaptability:
** Comfortable learning new tools and adjusting to project needs
* ** Attention to Detail:
** Ensures accuracy, consistency, and quality in all deliverables
* Apply foundational instructional design models under guidance from senior designers
* Align content with learning objectives and course outcomes
* Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from designers, instructors, and subject matter resources
* Assist with project coordination tasks (e.g., note‑taking, feedback documentation, scheduling reviews)
* Communicate effectively with team members, instructors, and subject matter resources
* Conduct research to support learning technology and multimedia development
