Culton Companies, Inc. in Birmingham, AL (D/B/A: Expo Displays, Method-1 Interiors, and Warner Museums) is growing and looking for our next rain-making Senior Designer to join our team.

We create some of the most innovative and award-winning trade show exhibits, commercial interiors, and museums in the industry. Our unique process allows us to design and build the entire project in our 130,000-square-foot facility prior to delivering the components to the site for assembly and installation. As a designer, this vertical integration means you have all of our equipment, processes, and people at your disposal throughout the project.

• At least 5 years of professional design experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain concepts to clients and to sketch concepts on the fly in meetings or during site tours.
• A capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and creativity.
• Strong creative vision and energy to handle hundreds of projects each year.

Location:
Birmingham, AL corporate headquarters.
Full‑time 40‑hour per week, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or thereabouts). Salary position.
