Project Architect

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading team members and coordinate the work of the team through multiple phases of a project.
• Coordinate construction documents, including drawings and specifications, and verify they comply with project scope, schedule, and cost.
• Work directly with clients and contractors.
• Assist in the development of project schedules, budgets, and estimates.
• Perform code analysis, meet with various governing agencies, and review drawings for code compliance.
• Create full sets of contract documents including drawings and architectural specifications.
• Perform Construction Administration duties during construction of projects such as submittal review, site observations, and the creation of field reports.

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university.
• Registered architect with 3+ years of experience in an architecture firm.
• Experience with small to mid-size commercial, retail, custom residential, healthcare, and urban projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
