Well established and successful practice in Birmingham, AL seeks board certified or board eligible ophthalmologist to join a solo practice at the Hospital. Fellowship training in Glaucoma is desirable but not required.
- Close proximity to Eye Foundation, offering state‑of‑the‑art eye care in all ophthalmic specialties.
- Efficient outpatient surgery center nearby.
- No structured ER call. Three weeks per year at the Eye Foundation.
- Prefer full time.
- The applicant will be certified in full‑scope diagnostic and therapeutic ocular disease management, including the diagnosis, treatment, and management of glaucoma.
- Practice expansion, busy from the start with a diverse workload.
- Professional competence, integrity, honesty in the work environment.
