Our Anesthesiology and Pain Consultants group is a multidisciplinary team committed to helping patients find meaningful relief from chronic pain. We provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of pain-related conditions through a balanced approach of interventional procedures and medication management.
We understand that chronic pain is complex, often affecting every aspect of a patient s life. Our mission is to reduce pain, restore function, and improve quality of life through safe, modern, and effective treatment options.
Position Highlights
Base salary around $400,000 for the first year, with total compensation exceeding $500,000 through incentives
Base salary structure transitions in year two with increased earning potential through performance incentives

ASAPSchedule:
Monday Thursday, 7:00 am 5:00 pm;
Friday, 8:00 am 12:00 pmAverage daily patient volume: 20
Collaborative support team includes 3 nurses, 6 medical assistants, 2 lab staff, 2 pre-certification specialists, 2 front desk staff, an anesthesiologist, CRNA, and a PA-C
Commonly treated conditions include post-surgical pain, neuropathy, fibromyalgia, neck and back pain, migraines, carpal tunnel syndrome, and disc-related disorders

Requirements
Clear and active medical license in Alabama
Board certified or board eligible in pain medicine
Fellowship-trained candidates and new graduates are welcome
Anesthesiology residency preferred (PM&R candidates considered only if pain-boarded)

Expected total compensation: $500,000+
