About Us:
Are you a skilled pipe fitting professional with a heart for teaching? MCTI is looking for a passionate instructor to lead our Pipe fitting course. This class meets one evening a week and serves as a launching pad for students eager to join the mechanical trades.
Position:Pipe fitting Instructor
What You’ll Do:- Lead students through the basics of industrial pipe fitting, safety, and system installation
- Facilitate lab-based learning with hands‑on applications
- Inspire students with your career stories and industry insight
- 3+ years of pipe fitting experience in mechanical or industrial settings
- Organized, patient, and capable of fostering a growth mindset in learners
- Comfortable using or learning simple classroom tools and training aids
- Clear communicator who can break down complex skills for beginners
- Passion for developing talent and giving back to the trade
