- Advance the educational mission of the College of Letters & Science, fostering an inclusive environment that values evidence‑based and student‑centered teaching.
- Ph.D. in Political Science or a related discipline by the start of appointment.
- Rank of Full Professor with a nationally or internationally recognized research program in elections and electoral politics.
- Established track record of securing external funding.
- Demonstrated ability to create an inclusive teaching, learning, mentoring, and research environment where all can thrive.
