* Job Description:

** We are seeking an experienced
** Training Content Developer II
** to design, develop, and maintain engaging learning solutions that support employee performance and business objectives. This role combines instructional design expertise, eLearning development, and stakeholder collaboration to create high-quality instructor-led and digital training programs.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with Learning & Development teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and define learning objectives
* Design and develop instructor-led training, eLearning courses, job aids, assessments, participant guides, and reference materials
* Build engaging digital learning experiences using approved authoring tools, including
** Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise preferred)
*** Lead content gathering sessions, facilitate reviews, and incorporate stakeholder feedback throughout the development process
* Manage course development projects, providing regular status updates and ensuring milestones are met
* Conduct quality assurance reviews and LMS testing to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and learner experience
* Maintain training materials, version control, and content libraries to ensure ongoing accuracy and compliance
* Support multimedia development, including voice-over recording, editing, and integration into learning solutions
* Recommend instructional strategies that align with learner needs and business goals

Qualifications Required
* 5–10 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or corporate training
* Experience developing both instructor-led and eLearning training solutions
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word), LMS platforms, and eLearning authoring tools
* Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills
* Strong project management, organization, and time management abilities
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
* Certifications in instructional design, training, or learning technologies
* Experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint, and multimedia development tools
