Full‑Time, Temporary or Permanent. Salary:
Main Pay Scale (M3–M6).

Empowering Learning is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Birmingham to recruit a passionate and dedicated Nursery / Reception Teacher for a September 2026 start. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic nursery / reception teacher to join a nurturing and ambitious school community committed to providing exceptional learning experiences for all children.

Role

Summary
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
  • Have recent experience teaching within Nursery or Reception in a UK school setting (within the last 5 years).
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Be passionate about creating engaging, child‑centred learning experiences that support children's development and wellbeing.
  • Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Work effectively as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
