Position Summary
The 4K Wrap Lead Teacheris responsible forthe daily operations of their assigned 4K wrap program.
Responsibilities include lesson planning and implementation for children as well as fostering positive relationships with children,families,andschool personnel while ensuring program quality standards are met.
This is a school year position with theoptionto join our summer team Up to $20per hour, pay is based on education and experience 40 hoursper week, Monday7 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and Tuesday-Friday
10 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Position includes paid planning time built into
40hour/week schedule.

- Must be18years of age
- Has completed college-level(or equivalent) courses in Education (early childhood, elementary, or related)
- Should feel confident managing a large group of children
- Is organized and has leadership abilities
- Has experience with DCF state licensing
- Values relationships and has strong written and verbal communication skills
We are currently hiring for Franklin Elementary School in the Madison Metropolitan School District.
Program stake placein the school buildings. Administrative work, such as lesson planning,is paid andoccurs outside of program hours. Staff can workfrom home or Wisconsin Youth Company’sco-working office in Madison.
