Behavior Specialist in School

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Experience as a Behavior Specialist or in a related behavioral intervention role within school settings
• Solid understanding of behavior management, positive behavioral interventions, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective plans
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Relevant degree or certification in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student behavioral needs and design targeted intervention plans
• Provide direct support and guidance to students with behavioral challenges
• Coach and consult with educators to implement strategies and data-driven practices
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress
• Facilitate professional development on behavior management for school staff
