BES Fellowship and School Leadership Opportunities seeks a Fellow to become a founding school leader in Alabama. The program combines a rigorous year of training with three follow-on years of support to build a high-performing, locally responsive charter school.
The role targets leaders who will design, found, and lead schools in Birmingham or Montgomery regions or rural areas, engaging with communities and partnering with BES coaches to recruit staff, students, and an active founding board.
