- is a strategic leader and skilled administrator who is experienced in the operational aspects of the church—including facilities, finances, and staff management—and can help us build a clear vision for the future;
- offers compassionate pastoral care and enriches the pastoral care response of the church either personally or through effective delegation;
- engages with our community with an open, warm, and approachable spirit and builds relationships and trust;
- is a dynamic and engaging preacher who thoughtfully translates our faith and scriptures to the realities of our everyday lives
