Training Content Developer III

We are seeking a highly experienced Training Content Developer to lead the design and development of complex, enterprise-wide learning solutions. This role partners with senior stakeholders, Learning & Development teams, and subject matter experts to create innovative instructor-led, eLearning, and blended learning programs that deliver measurable results and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of enterprise-level training programs aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, and L&D consultants to assess learning needs and define instructional strategies.
  • Develop instructor-led training, eLearning courses, blended learning solutions, assessments, and job aids.
  • Create advanced learning experiences, including simulations, scenario-based learning, and interactive assessments.
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, design reviews, and stakeholder workshops.
  • Serve as the lead instructional design resource for large-scale, high-visibility projects.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing and LMS validation.
  • Maintain content libraries, version control, and accessibility standards.
  • Mentor peers and provide instructional design guidance and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of instructional design, curriculum development, or corporate training experience.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale, high-impact learning programs.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience developing instructor-led, eLearning, blended, and digital learning programs.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and eLearning authoring tools.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Instructional Design, Education, or Communications.
  • Industry certifications related to instructional design or learning technologies.
  • Experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise), SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
