Coordinates with points of contact at field locations to schedule media collection sessions, including sessions that may be scheduled for times outside of normal business hours.

Provides regular communication to leadership and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and key updates, maintaining accurate status tracking within project management tools.
  • Media Collection:
Travels to field locations as needed to collect photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media to support training content creation. Maintains and operates digital still cameras, video cameras, microphones, and similar equipment to capture media in indoor and outdoor locations. Reviews, transfers, and organizes digital media for use in instructional content.
  • Content Creation:
Works with SMEs, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to design and develop clear, concise step-by-step instructional modules using collected media and other instructional materials. Reviews existing instructional procedures, guidelines, presentations, and related documentation to confirm accuracy of instructional content. Edits collected media as needed, using provided hardware and software, for use in instructional content. Produces finished content that conforms to defined technical and style standards.

Facilitates content review sessions and works closely with stakeholders to validate materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with learning objectives. Revises existing instructional modules as needed, based on stakeholder feedback or changes in associated technical details or standards. May also collect 3D scans of commercial or industrial facilities, using provided hardware and software, to support creation of instructional content.

Qualifications:
