1. Must be a retired educator
2. Will be paid at the rate of one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) per day for a maximum of 178 days during the school term.
3. The tutor agrees to tutor assigned students following all guidelines established by the local school and Geneva County Board of Education.
4. The tutor agrees the contract day is six (6) hours per day for four days of the work week and the contract day is (5) hours per day for one day of the work week.
5. No retirement, insurance, professional leave, sick leave, or tenure will be attained by the contracted individual.
6. The tutor has at least a BS Degree in Education and can demonstrate the ability to assist in reading, language arts and/or mathematics tutoring.
