Southern Nuclear at Plant Farley in Alabama seeks qualified individuals to become Systems Operator in Training (SO-IT). You will enter a roughly 12‑month training program to become a Systems Operator and monitor/operate plant systems under a collective bargaining agreement. The starting wage is $45.45/hr.
Candidates may hold an Associate’s or BS in engineering technology or related field, or bring Navy Nuclear experience in lieu of a degree. The role requires safety focus and teamwork.
