  • Serve as the primary on-site representative for the project, coordinating with clients, engineering teams, OEMs, contractors, vendors, and commissioning personnel.
  • Oversee execution of major plant equipment installation, including combustion turbines, HRSGs, steam turbines, condensers, cooling systems, transformers, and associated auxiliaries.
  • Direct project scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics to ensure alignment with critical project milestones and commercial operation dates.
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards.
  • Lead field supervision, construction managers, superintendents, field engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate site risks, resolve construction issues, and implement recovery plans to maintain schedule and budget performance.
  • Monitor productivity, manpower, equipment utilization, and construction progress.
  • Ensure quality control processes and turnover documentation are completed in accordance with project requirements.
  • Support startup, commissioning, testing, and turnover activities in coordination with operations, OEM representatives, and commissioning teams.
  • Provide regular project status updates, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
