Electrical Estimators

· Engineering / building science degree or equivalent

· Comprehensive knowledge of estimating systems (off the shelf and home grown) and procedures

· 20+ years of experience in heavy industrial estimating (process, pulp & power, power, etc) with a major EPC company

· 10+ years of field experience in the estimating / project controls arena

· Ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization – from field craft to the President of the company

· Cooperative attitude, but still be able to express concerns/disagreements in a professional manner

· Track record with managing a group of type “A” personalities, some of which will be in satellite locations

· Willingness to mentor less experienced members of the team

· Knowledge of the interfaces between Estimating and Cost Engineering and Planning/Scheduling

· Willing to travel to job assignments, both short term and long term
