** Job Summary
**** Roles and Responsibilities
*** Develop and refine physics‑based models, digital twins, and system simulations for HELLFIRE and JAGM missile guidance, propulsion, sensors, and terminal engagement behavior.
* Perform simulation-based performance analysis to support design evaluations, software updates, and system improvements.
* Conduct verification, validation, and accreditation (VV&A) of models in accordance with DoD standards.
* Analyze flight test and ground test data to calibrate and improve simulation fidelity.
* Support lethality, survivability, and operational effectiveness studies.
* Collaborate with systems engineering, test, software, and platform integration teams to ensure simulation tools accurately reflect weapon capabilities and interfaces.
* Prepare technical reports, presentations, and briefings for leadership, stakeholders, and review boards.
** Basic Qualifications
*** 5+ years of related technical experience
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science
* Ability to obtain and/or maintain a DoD secret clearance
* Experience with digital modeling and simulation (M&S)
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Strong foundation in modeling & simulation, physics, aerospace engineering, or related discipline.
* Experience with HELLFIRE and JAGM missile systems, guidance/navigation/control (GNC), or weapon performance modeling preferred.
* Ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate technical findings clearly.
* Familiarity with DoD acquisition, test processes, and VV&A standards is a plus.
