Entry Level Engineer; Construction​/Civil Engineer in Water​/Wastewater

• Work alongside Project Management and Construction Management during the construction phase of water/wastewater treatment, collection, and distribution projects.
• Provide on‑site troubleshooting based on field conditions—including construction observation, startup and testing, and project closeout activities.
• Assist with bid phase and award of construction contracts.
• Manage construction contract administration (schedule, time, and quality).
• Help prepare plans and specifications.
• Perform research, technical writing, and development of documentation and studies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and PDF editors.
• Relevant construction and/or water/wastewater coursework or projects.

Ideally:

• Prior work or internship experience with an engineering consultancy or municipality.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate or ability to obtain in the first year.

The base salary range is $58,656.00 to $82,000.00, based on work location and other factors.
