This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Birmingham, AL, for a Mechanical Design Engineer. Responsibilities include designing and developing custom machinery and components, creating 3D computer‑aided designs (CAD), collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring designs adhere to engineering specifications and manufacturing requirements. The role also involves troubleshooting and optimizing mechanical systems and participating in the complete product development lifecycle from concept to production.

• Expertise in Design Engineering, Machine Design, and Product Design
• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and practices
• Experience working with Inventor or Solidworks
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to analyze complex mechanical systems
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work in a team‑oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Prior experience in the design and manufacturing of machinery is highly advantageous
• All levels of experience to be considered
