Location:

Central Birmingham (Hybrid - 3 days office/site, 2 days home). Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance + Leading Benefits Package.

We are partnering with a Tier 1 Main Contractor and supporting them with their search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a landmark infrastructure scheme in Central Birmingham. As a Senior QS, you will lead the commercial health of major work packages, focusing on:

• NEC4 Contract Administration
• Leading CVRs, cost forecasting, and budget management.
• Leading the tender process and managing high-value sub-contractor accounts.
• Identifying commercial risks and implementing value engineering opportunities.
• Mentoring and developing a team of Assistant and Project Quantity Surveyors.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

• A proven track record as a QS or Senior QS within Heavy Civils, Infrastructure, or Utilities.
• Deep familiarity with NEC3 or NEC4 contracts is essential.
• Based within a commutable distance of Central Birmingham, Coventry or Lichfield
• A desire to lead teams and drive commercial excellence on complex builds.

• Starting salary of £60,000 - £75,000
• £5,000 car allowance or premium electric/hybrid company car.
• 25-26 days + Bank Holidays (Option to buy 5 additional days).
