About this RoleThe Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of a power generation construction project by coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring communication between project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. This role is critical in maintaining project schedules, documentation, and overall operational efficiency on-site.
What You'll Do- Support Site Manager with daily project coordination tasks
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timelines are met
- Maintain and organize project documentation (RFIs, submittals, contracts, reports)
- Coordinate communication between field teams, engineering, vendors, and stakeholders
- Assist with procurement activities, including tracking materials and delivery timelines
- Monitor project budgets and assist with cost tracking and reporting
- Prepare project status reports, meeting notes, and updates for leadership
- Support compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project requirements
- Assist with onboarding and coordination of subcontractors and field personnel
- Identify and elevate project risks, delays, or issues impacting execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- 2–5 years of project coordination or construction support experience (power generation or industrial preferred)
- Experience supporting EPC, construction, or energy infrastructure projects is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management tools is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret project schedules and technical documents
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and documentation workflows preferred
