Job Summary -

We are seeking a skilled Product Application Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting coatings applications tailored to customer needs. This role involves working closely with customers, sales teams, and development teams to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and integration of Sprayroq coatings technologies.

Responsibilities

Technical Support & Development:

• Design, define, and develop applications needed to meet customer requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for application-related issues.
• Work with field support and product development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, specifications, calculations, and reports.

Customer Engagement & Solutions:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Support product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for customers.
• Assist in pre-sales and post-sales technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and deliverables.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Perform system testing on coatings technologies and validate quality controls and metrics to ensure optimal application and performance.
• Support and assist in resolving compatibility issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and field operations.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Recommend and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and productivity.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline, preferably Civil or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in application engineering, technical support within the polymer or coatings industry.
• Experience with CAD and design databases is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
