I&C Designer

$55-$60 per hour

Duration: 36 Months

• The I&C Designer 3 position requires 7-10 years of related experience.

• Producing design drawings, preparing layouts and conceptual designs.
• Providing engineering services and field support.
• Conducting preparation of designs and calculations.
• Conducting site walk downs of construction sites.
• Providing schedule and staffing input for projects, leading projects with oversight.

• Experience in a CAD platform or integrated design tool.
• Experience in instrument services and field support.
• Experience with pressure, flow, and temperature devices.

• Experience developing instrument datasheets, installation details.
• Experience with site walk downs, experience working on P&IDs, DCS Wiring and loop sheets.
• Ability to build effective relationships with plant staff, design engineering staff and/or vendors.

• High School Diploma.

• PPE required for field/site visits:
  Safety Glasses, Safety Shoes, Hard Hat, High Visibility Safety Vest, Ear Plugs.
• Travel may be required
• The assignment will primarily be remote with occasional trips to sites and/or the office. The amount of travel will be contingent upon the requirements of the project and are subject to change per project.
