- Stormwater (PE) for either our Birmingham or Huntsville, AL office. The position's functions will be facilitated through project work. Provide technical and thought leadership to Waggoner staff and clients in this discipline area. Facilitate staff development in this area. Facilitate the growth and development of this discipline at Waggoner.

Services provided in this discipline include (but may not be limited to) planning, design, and construction administration of:
Stormwater Management Detention / Retention Pond and Outfall Design & Analysis Bridge Hydraulics and Scour Analysis Erosion Control Design & Analysis Watershed Hydrology Watershed Master Planning Open Channel Hydraulics Design & Analysis Channel Stabilization Hydraulic Modeling (HEC-RAS 1D/2D and LA DOTD HydroWIN, FHWA HY-8 and Hydraulic Toolbox minimum) Comprehensive Planning Design of Hydraulic Structures Floodplain Mapping FEMA Regulatory Modeling and Floodplain Management

• Master's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
• 4 - 10+ years of experience.
• Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Alabama, or ability to gain licensure within 4 months of hire.
