Description
This scope of work is to provide civil sitework engineering design services that includes grading plan design, hydrology and stormwater management systems design, roadway design, and erosion control planning and design associated with preparing construction drawing packages, calculations, and sketches. The role requires experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce and prepare civil sitework designs and construction drawing packages utilizing internally provided CAD templates, go-bys, and drafting standards.
Responsibilities- Prepare civil sitework design services including grading plan design, hydrology and stormwater management systems design, roadway design, and erosion control planning and design.
- Develop construction drawing packages, calculations, and sketches.
- Travel to sites as required for site familiarity and support engineering designs and drawing packages; may also be required to provide photo documentation during visits.
- Provide construction support to site teams during construction, including technical assistance and information.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D for construction plan package development.
- Strong people skills with ability to work effectively with a team or independently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Well organized and self‑starter with strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to interface with contractors, department personnel, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment and proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

PayHourly rate: $35.00 – $55.00 per hour.
