Job Description:

• Manages, plans, and directs the operation and administration of the Facilities building operations unit including building/facility operations, housekeeping, maintenance and preventive maintenance of buildings and building equipment systems, as well as execution of renovation projects.
• Provides technical assistance to other departments and functional areas, oversees Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspections and practices organizationally and develops/implements emergency procedures and safety procedures for maintenance staff.
• Reviews, analyzes, and modifies engineering designs, drawings and specifications for new and revised complex building systems, repairs, and equipment.
• May provide/review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for various building systems and equipment.
• Supports national critical infrastructure functions as part of Client's payment systems processing support structure.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience.
