Mission Hires is seeking Electrical Engineers (Industrial) to support heavy industrial projects. Ideal candidates hold a BS in Electrical Engineering and are recent graduates or have 2–5 years of experience, with a parallel opening for mid-level engineers (5–10 years). You will learn on the job to design and check drawing installation packages—single-line diagrams, motor elementary and interconnection diagrams, power plans, cable schedules, and lighting/grounding plans—while collaborating with multi-discipline teams and interfacing with clients.

- Design and check electrical drawing installation packages for heavy industrial projects
- Develop single-line diagrams, motor elementary diagrams, and interconnection diagrams
- Produce power plans, cable schedules, and lighting and grounding plans
- Coordinate with multi-discipline engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Support field and construction teams by clarifying design intent and resolving issues
- Participate in client meetings and incorporate feedback into design deliverables
- Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and project specifications
- Contribute to quality control reviews and drawing/document revisions
- Manage task schedules, deliverables, and documentation to meet project deadlines
- For mid-level role (5–10 years): lead work packages, mentor junior engineers, and interface directly with clients on scope and technical decisions
- BS in Electrical Engineering (required)
- 0–5 years of experience on heavy industrial projects for the junior role; 5–10 years for the mid-level role
- Foundational understanding of industrial power distribution and control systems
- Ability to learn and execute design and checking of single-line, motor elementary, and interconnection diagrams
- Ability to produce power plans, cable schedules, and lighting/grounding plans with guidance
- Comfort working in multi-discipline teams and interacting with clients
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and willingness to learn on the job
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States
