Bailey Collaborative Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Modeling and Simulation Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Modeling and Simulation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing computational models and simulations to support the design, analysis, and optimization of systems and processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain computational models and simulations using tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, or other relevant software.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into simulation models.
• Conduct simulations to analyze system performance, behavior, and efficiency.
• Validate and verify simulation results through comparison with experimental data or theoretical predictions.
• Optimize models and simulations to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and presentations summarizing simulation results and recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in modeling and simulation techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 0‑8 years of experience (pay depends on years of experience).
• Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, COMSOL, ANSYS, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with statistical analysis and optimization techniques is a plus.
