We are a dynamic leader in specialty geotechnical design‑build services focused on delivering innovative, cost‑effective solutions for complex foundation, retention, and ground improvement projects across the Southeast.

• Develop value‑engineered and cost‑effective solutions for deep foundations, earth retention, slope stabilization, grouting, and ground improvement techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to create preliminary designs and provide engineering support to the preconstruction group.
• Oversee and assist in the development of shop drawings.
• Prepare designs for project managers.
• Provide engineering support during the construction phase of projects.

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Geotechnical or Structural Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in geotechnical and/or geo‑structural engineering.
• Experience in geotechnical construction design‑build projects.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.

Salary: $95,000 – $140,000 per year.
