Whether you're modernizing aging infrastructure or pioneering next-generation transportation solutions, your contributions will help define the future of mobility. In the role of Bridge BIM/CAD Designer, you will contribute to a wide range of infrastructure projects by supporting our Bridge/Structures team with engineering design and drafting activities across all project phases.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop bridge plans and 3D models using Open Bridge Modeler and Bentley Connect software
  • Prepare, update, and revise structural drawings, including bridges, retaining walls, and miscellaneous structures
  • Support projects from conceptual design through final documentation
  • Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
  • Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Assist in mentoring junior staff and contributing to team development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two-year technical certificate or experience directly related to the job responsibilities described above
  • Proficiency using current version of AutoCAD and/or Micro Station
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with project team members in a working environment that encourages self-initiative
  • Flexible working style and willingness to modify personal schedules to meet deadlines and client needs
  • Experience with 3D modeling
  • Academic references
  • Local candidates preferred

Required Qualifications:

  • Technically qualified with 3D design software and document management infrastructure
  • Competency of Microsoft Office products and communication tools
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits are essential
  • Basic understanding of engineering or architectural concepts
